No more off Track !!! Week 5-8

After viewing all 3 videos for this week I have come to the realizations that sabotage indicates that a self-differentiated leader is actually doing a good job. It seems like every time you try to do something to better yourself as a person/leader here comes a hater telling you how they don't think its a good idea to do what it is you think needs to be done. Which helps if you come up with a strategy that will help you avoid from getting trapped or stuck in a negative whirlwind. Having a strategy is important when trying to have a crucial conversation so you wont fall into bs nor get off track from what your really trying to do and accomplish.

Having a crucial conversation can be hard for some yet beneficial for others. Thinking about a crucial conversation gets you nerves just by the sound of it but truthfully these conversations are needed not only in daily relationships with friends and family but also within the the work environment.
